A Loyalty Program Rooted in Research

In late 2020, I began looking into developing a robust monthly giving program at Kingdom Workers. The organization had been offering the option of giving on a monthly schedule for a number of years, but those donations had never been approached strategically. By creating a purposeful program, donors could be engaged, cultivated, and grown over time, no matter their current giving level.

After affirming the opportunity through secondary research, I used primary research to pinpoint the brand and programmatic strategy for Sustain, Kingdom Workers’ first monthly giving program. With a successful launch and first few months, the maintenance and development of the program now lies with fundraising staff to continue increasing membership and revenue.
