Meghan Brondos
Brand + Creative Strategy
Strategy
Strategy is an opinion on how to win. Through research, good questions, listening, and critical thinking, I create the road map to better.
Brand
We don't need another boring brand. I clarify what makes a brand different, make sure it's said clearly, and drive consistency so it actually sticks.
Creative
From design to copy, illustration to video, I write powerful briefs and then direct the work. No empty decoration – just effective creative.
I'll Make It Better.
Complex problems don’t require complicated solutions. They require good ol’ elbow grease and bold – dare I say audacious – thinking. I work at whatever altitude is needed, from executive-level strategy to the fine details that determine success.

More About Me
I see patterns others miss and pull the threads that matter. With 12+ years of experience and multiple awards under my belt, I uncover the hidden truth and then chart a course to better. Methodical in my approach but never predictable in my solutions, everything I touch packs a punch.
Where does this drive for "better" come from? I’ve been figuring out how to navigate new territories right from the start. I moved seven times by age nine, skipped a grade, and went to boarding school in a different country at 13 – I learned early how to read situations, make new friends, and find the path to success.
Outside of work, I ride motorcycles on track days, grow far too many flowers, train in my garage gym, and make woodcut prints. I believe in choosing the more challenging path when it creates better results. In always doing the right thing (especially when it's hard). In trying again and again until you figure it out – whatever "it" is.

When I’m stuck on a campaign strategy or struggling to write sample ad copy, I go to my little home library and often pick up Ogilvy on Advertising. It has guided me through all the latest marketing trends, algorithm updates, popular brand aesthetics, and whatever new platform promised to revolutionize how we reach customers. What … Read More

Your Brand Guidelines are Stuck in 2014
The brands that look exactly the same everywhere are usually the ones that don’t know who they are. I know that sounds backwards. We’ve been conditioned to think consistency equals strength and that the most successful brands are the ones with the tightest control. But that kind of thinking belongs to a different era of … Read More

Are You Making Your Brand Invisible?
Professional but approachable. Innovative but trustworthy. Bold but reliable. If you’ve ever seen a brand guide with one of those “this but not that” grids, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Pages and pages of carefully crafted contradictions that sound strategic but actually say nothing at all. This is brand dilution, and it’s everywhere.
